What we collect

Technical data in server logs. Our host (Hostinger) records standard request information: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is used only to keep the site running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). The host keeps these logs under its own retention policy.

Messages you send us. There is no contact form on the site. If you email us, we process your address and the content of the message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and keep the correspondence only as long as the matter needs it.

Comments. Comments are switched off, so we collect no comment form data and send nothing to Gravatar.

Analytics and advertising. We run no analytics and no advertising scripts. We do not profile visitors or track them across other sites.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work — mainly the cache cookie set by LiteSpeed Cache, which lets the server deliver stored page copies and load faster. We use no marketing or analytics cookies, which is why you do not see a consent banner. You can delete technical cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, just more slowly.

Who processes data for us

  • Hostinger International Ltd. — the host running this site, which handles technical data and may process it on servers in the European Union.
  • Our email provider — for the mailbox you write to.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just email the address above.

You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Links to other sites

Our articles link to manufacturer sites, shops and institutions such as the USDA. Their privacy policies are their own — please read them there.

Affiliate links

Some links to shops may be affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, we may receive a commission from the seller. This does not change what we write or which products we recommend, and we mark affiliate links in the text.

If the scope of data we collect changes, we will update this page and state the date. Last updated: 1 November 2026.
