Air Fryer Times and Temperatures Chart (Fries, Chicken, Fish, Frozen Food)

This chart collects cooking times and temperatures from the manufacturer’s manual (Philips Airfryer HD9255) and the safe minimum internal temperatures published by the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service. These are not our own test results; treat them as a starting point and confirm doneness with a food thermometer.

Key rules

  • Philips notes that the settings are suggestions: results vary with the size, shape and brand of the food.
  • For larger batches (fries, prawns, drumsticks, frozen snacks), shake or turn the basket 2–3 times.
  • Internal temperature, not time, tells you when meat is done.

Cooking for one or two

The lower amounts in the chart (200 g of fries, 1–2 chops, 2 drumsticks) are a one- or two-person portion. The shorter end of the time range is usually the place to start, but always check the internal temperature.
